EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple “tapping” exercise used to release blocks in any area of our life. There are many ways to use EFT. It can be used to let go of painful memories (not to make you literally forget something, but to release the painful emotion associated with the memory), to help break addictions or bad habits or to work on issues such as self esteem.
Brad Yates, along with Joe Vitale has developed a program called Money Beyond Belief, that shows you how to use EFT for abundance.

Abundance Tools: Visualization
Filed under visualizationOct 25There are many ways to use visualization in your life. You can choose a goal or desired state of mind and simply devote a few minutes every day to imagine it. If your mind thinks in pictures, you may see vivid images of yourself in your desired state. If you are less visually inclined, however, you can still achieve the feeling of having manifested what you want. The feeling is what matters.
You can also use guided meditations. These are available as tapes, cds, mp3 downloads or videos. The video below is a good example of this. There are also software programs that work with this method.
- A vision board is another way to help bring your goals and dreams to fruition. A vision board can be an artist’s board with pictures or symbols that represent the outcomes you want. You can also make a vision board on your computer, cutting and pasting images that fit your desired reality. However you make your vision board, be sure to look at it every day!
